6 Fresh King Prawns
Olive oil (make sure it is not extra virgin)
2 cloves garlic, sliced
Pinch of red chilli flakes
Quarter wedge of lemon
Just under quarter handful of fresh coriander, chopped
Salt and pepper to season
Wooden skewer

directions

1. Heat olive oil up on medium heat in a frying pan
2. Fry garlic slices till light brown
3. Toss in prawns, sprinkle red chilli flakes and cook until pink
4. Transfer prawns to serving plate, slide them on to skewer and drizzle the rest of the contents of the frying pan on top
5. Season with salt/pepper and garnish with freshly squeezed lemon juice and coriander. Serve immediately
